Currently, hardware / software, development environment / test environment / execution environment are cloud-based, and the cost form of companies is changing drastically.
While working overseas and experiencing global business, I have responded to a wide variety of situations and changes in the times.
Today, companies have to take on two major challenges.
"IT investment in national and global legal compliance" and "business aiming for a new domain".
In order to accelerate cloud computing and DX, each company is making efforts to modernize and rebuild the current core system. However, on the other hand, there are many difficult issues such as ensuring business continuity and migrating current system assets.
Companies are forced to reduce TCO as well as detailed reductions in CAPEX and OPEX, and they need to meet conflicting demands such as new business investment.
Our center point will accelerate cloud computing and DX through consulting and PMO to provide TCO reduction formulation. In addition, we also provide usability and artistic interface creation in WEB formulation.
In the management system of a company, we will formulate these together with the customer according to the business, such as medium- to long-term P & L formulation, planning document creation, contract formulation in each country, legal compliance formulation, patent acquisition, etc. We will accelerate the cloud computing and DX of customers / partners and support the reduction of TCO.

  1. We will appoint an information manager for each department that handles personal information, clarify the roles and responsibilities of employees, and strive to properly use and protect personal information.
  2. When requesting customers to provide personal information, we will inform them of the purpose of use, contact point, etc., and appropriately acquire and use personal information within the scope of the purpose.
  3. Personal information will not be disclosed or provided to a third party without the permission of the individual, except when there is a valid reason such as when required by law.
  4. When entrusting personal information to a business consignee, we will manage and supervise it after contractually obliging it to protect information equivalent to our company, and prevent leakage.
  5. We will endeavor to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, and take reasonable safety measures to prevent leakage, falsification, leakage, etc.
  6. If the customer wishes to disclose, correct, or suspend the use of the personal information provided to us, we will respond within a reasonable range after confirming the identity of the customer.
